Welcome to my home page. I am an Associate Professor, Teaching Stream in the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto. I am also Cross-Appointed in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. My areas of expertise are Human Factors (HF), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Experience (UX).
I am the Associate Dean, Teaching and Learning for the Faculty of Information.
